Joint Action Networking (JAN) JAN was established in the year 2000 by a team of social workers and activists who have great faith in the ideologies of great freedom fighters like Gandhi, Binoba and Jaipraksh Narayan. Initially, the group worked as a community volunteers with continuing efforts for community empowerment.
